Can I have a courtesy car?

  • Yes, for the duration of the repair
  • Yes, if your insurance company supports courtesy cars
  • Yes, if you insure it

If the accident was not your fault, we may be able to arrange a replacement like-for-like vehicle.

In the event of your car being a total loss you may be entitled to a courtesy car for a short period of time, ask our staff for details.

What size are your courtesy cars?

Grade A ie. Corsa, Micra, Clio. It may be possible to upgrade, please ask staff for details.

Do I have to book for an estimate

No, but it could save you a wait if you do.

Do I need to bring in any documentation?

It could save time if you have your vehicle insurance documents with you.

Do you charge for estimates?

No

Could you give me an estimate over the phone?

No, we have to see the vehicle.

What methods of payment do you accept?

  • All debit cards and credit cards * (except American Express)
  • Cash

* Credit card payments over £250 are subjected to an additional 2% handling charge.

When do I pay my excess?

When repairs have been completed and prior to collection.

Who do I pay my excess to?

The repairer.

Do I have to pay VAT on the repair cost (insurance claim)?

If you are a VAT registered Company then you will be required to pay the VAT element of the total repair bill.
